HIFI is porting Active Sky XP to X-Plane 12. The addon is given as an free upgrade during the beta campain if you have the key of the licence from the previous version:

Finally, I didn’t manage to get it for free as there was only one day, on May 19th 2023, to activate the key from XP11. Bad joke for loyal customers but no interest anyway as the inbuild real time weather of XP12 does perfectly the job
