Acaso began his career in the 1940s, appearing in several films and television series. He has since appeared in over 100 films and television series. He has also written several books, including "La Vida de un Actor" (1962) and "La Vida de un Escritor" (1966). Acaso has been married twice, first to actress María Luisa Ponte and then to actress María José Gómez. He has two children, Félix Acaso Jr. and María Acaso.
